    I came in with my mum, and we were greeted so beautifully. The store was stocked with many beautiful dresses. All staff members and owner were very friendly, warm, caring and attentive to my needs. They all addressed my concerns for a conservative style and budget with the utmost respect and sensitivity. I had a wonderful time there. Thank you, ladies at Zinna. I can't wait to see my dress in it's completed form. N.I

    To the entire ZINNIA team (Laleh, Farah and Suzi), my mother and I would like to thank you for your amazing service overall!!! Your ability to construct/tailor such beautiful fitted gowns with total attention to detail is a marvel. You always put in the time and effort to give customers exactly what they ask for and if anyones got a special occassion coming up I highly recommend they book and appointment :)

    i was so excited to visit this place and travelled about 40 minutes with no hesitation last friday to try on some of the dresses i saw online. The lady there, whose name was Laleh (which i found out at the end of our visit) was very passive and uninvolved in process of choosing my dream dress. They certainly do have a wide range of variety and top quality wedding dresses but the service made it feel pointless. After explaining the style of dress i was looking for, Laleh showed me numerous amounts of dresses but she also restricted me with the amount of dresses i could try on (which is fair enough but the shop was completely empty and i was the only customer there) so i found this really weird. She was able to convince me to try on dresses outside of my comfort zone in the style that i wanted which i really appreciate but the only thing that made the experience bad for me was the lack of enthusiasm this sales person had. She would just dress me up and get me to step up on the platform, did not take the time to adjust/ clip the dress or even fix the trail for me to have a proper view, luckily i had my mum and bridesmaid there to help me with this. It was just a shame that i had to travel 40 minutes to receive very bad service as she decided to introduce herself 5 minutes before we left the store.

    I'm using my husband's account but wanted to take the opportunity to thank Zinnia Bridal for everything! From my first appointment, the girls were so lovely and made me feel so comfortable, making finding my dream dress so easy!
