    Went into detailed phone explanation with one staff about what I need for my pending job. Waited for a quote. Never got it. Rang to follow up and spoke to another staff. Said he'd chase it up. No email. No follow up phone call. Went elsewhere, got it done. Wasted my time coming here.

    Really great customer service. What I ordered wasn’t in stock and I had to wait awhile but they were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Big fan.

    All went relatively smoothly. I had to follow up after the initial order was placed. They had a security process to check that I was the owner of the credit card I used which was of course fine, but I wasn't made aware. After that the delivery was under way and the goods turned up shortly after. All ok - and I would buy again.
