    Can not say enough great things about the manager Pete . My recent atrocious Lidcombe customer service experience was pathetic and unprofessional at best . Took a 3 piece rod in that had become stuck together after 1 use for exchange under warranty on boxing day. 3weeks later Lidcombe had still not sent the rod to be assessed by Shimano. After speaking with Pete from the Rockdale store said he had that rod and would gladly exchange. Cudos to you mate for your help. Highly recommend dealing with this store/manager.
