    I bought a pair of skis online 8:00am yesterday and they arrived via courier about 10:00am today! WOW! That's fast! It was really well packed, taking me about 20 minutes to unwrap them, resulting in them being in absolutely perfect condition! Great advice via email too. I've been spreading the word about how awesome you guys are and watch great value they were. Thank you so much!

    Honestly, a bit below par compared to other stores. Came in for the 2020 season to get new bindings. Pretty limited stock (to be fair there wasn't much stock anywhere last season) and was rushed through the process and walked out with bindings that I was pretty confident were too small. Made the long trip over to Elevation 107 in North Sydney who confirmed they were the wrong bindings for my boots. They took the time to get me fitted properly and I walked out with a great pair of Union bindings that served me well. I would have forgotten all this had it not been for the sub par after service I received recently. I was contacted by Paul who said I have store credit awaiting to be used. I've sent no less than 5 emails, made 2 calls and sent three text messages trying to get this sorted and all my contacts get ignored completely or half baked responses from Roy or Paul that lead nowhere. Completely disinterested and have lost my business. Just head over to SX Snow in Caringbah. The store is larger, the range bigger and they spend heaps of time getting you fitted and sorted. Could have been a good thing. Very disappointing.

    Had an awesome experience at this place. I came in with boots I had bought from another store that I found a bit uncomfortable and wanted to see if they could help me fix them. Turned out that those snowboard boots were useless and Rob helped me find a new pair of snowboard boots. The price was fair and the quality was amazing. I just came back from my snow trip and I'm stoked with the new boots. I had a totally different experience and felt like I could improve my skills a lot more. Every time I have come in to this store, staff have been extremely helpful and patient. They take the time to explain everything to you and get you to try on different gear until you're happy with what you're going to purchase. I highly recommend this store. Thank you guys!
