When things go according to plan, it is easy to give 5 stars, but the true test of a company is the authority it gives to their employees to do the right thing and fix an unplanned situation for the customer. Here's what happened... I had a GREAT experience with RV&AP and if you get an opportunity to work with Crystal, you will wish for 6 stars to rate her here! My order came earlier than expected, but the box was torn open during shipping and it was missing two key parts. I called Crystal, she sent a return-ship request (free to me) and then sent me a replacement. The replacement came unharmed and I installed the Reese Puck system on my F-250. While the first box did not come as planned, the key here is that it was not RV&AP's fault, but they did right by me and fixed the situation in a timely manner. THAT is how a GREAT company operates! Thank you Crystal! I will be back!!!--Jeremie
I ordered a part from this company that they said was in stock. It took six days before they acknowledged the order and shipped it. Poor communication from company. It took 10 days for a part that was " in stock" to arrive. If you need a part in a reasonable timeframe, order from someone else.
Warning!! Company is a SCAM! Order placed and confirmed availability, was then sent an email stating that my order was on back order. Proceeded to call and was simply told they cut ties with that supplier after my order was placed. When I disputed they’re word the phone was hung up by “management”. Would definitely not recommend!
Recently had an issue with how my order was handled during shipping and the damage that was incurred. Called and talked to Crystal and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Like many of you, customer service online can be challenging and it was refreshing to call and actually talk to a person about my issue and receive excellent customer support. Will continue to rely on them for my RV needs.
I recently ordered parts for my truck, from RV and Auto Parts. Upon installing it was found that one part had a manufacturers defect. Michelle at RV and Auto Parts was EXTREMELY helpful in getting a replacement sent out to me quickly, and efficiently without hassle. Customer service is top notch!! I’ll definitely do business with them in the future!!
