I ordered a stove top replacement, It arrived damaged so I emailed them. They got right back to me, refunded my purchase and told me I could what ever I wanted with the stove top. That is great customer service. I will do business with them in the future.
Very unprofessional. When I walked into the store no one was at the counter so I peeked into the office and asked for help. The guy in the office rudely yelled past me telling another employee to help me instead as If he was incapable or above doing it himself. I would like to thank John and Stephen personally for their professionalism and helpfulness unlike the other guy who I'm assuming is some sort of manager there. Talking to your customer and employees with some respect would be a good start to a better business.
Make sure you get a receipt. Asked for one but the salesperson indicated it wouldn't be needed. Next day a different salesperson refused a refund on the obviously unused part without a receipt. Couldn't be bothered to check his receipts. Also didn't have what I needed so bought easily online. Lost my business...
Had exactly what I needed and was in / out in less then 10 mins!
Horrible..... worst selection. Super limited options / variety of material, with little to zero effort to help me further. Waste of time. Don't waste yours...
