If I could leave a negative star rating I would, the staff is always rude & has made my experience with them completely awful. Definitely looking forward to moving my stuff elsewhere. The storage area itself is ok, not the cleanest, but for me usually I’m in & out quickly, so I don’t mind it to much unless I see a mouse or rat, which I haven’t. Simply being treated so poorly by patty every time my husband visits just makes the entire experience we have had with this place for the last year a complete nightmare. Good luck!
Everything you could want in a storage facility: SECURE, clean, well priced, great customer service. Very secure design, cameras, automated gated-entry, MANAGEMENT LIVES ON SITE! Always helped me out quickly in-person, w/ call, or email. Would reccomend to others.
Clean and very nice facility
Great price for my storage unit, extremely clean inside. I don't worry about my stuff getting messed with and they have fire sprinkler system inside also which is an added bonus of security; also plenty of carts to use and a large service elevator to use. I have always had great interaction with the front desk staff when I go in to pay my bill. I highly recommend them if you need anything stored.
