We got several quotes from the big box stores but Christine's was the best choice/combination of quality, value, and timeline. Christine (aka the Ramona carpet lady) provided us with amazing customer service. She came out to our place and did all the measurements. She showed us a couple options for the carpet we were looking for. And provided us a quote within 24 hrs. She was able to schedule our install appointment for the very next week. Wow. Installers completed the job within the estimated 4-5 hrs (when does that ever happen) and boom we had new carpet. We are so happy with the product and grateful that we met Christine. Christy is Great! I went to her based upon local advise and am glad that I did. She helped me through the miasma of carpet types, colors, patterns, materials, and price.
