Horrible property managers. They will try to squeeze every penny they can and they will do their best to get out of fixing things. When you’re signing the contract, read it carefully; if you try to change roommates they will charge you $500 for their time! My advice don’t rent any property managed by Jensen properties.
This is to review the excellent service/experience I encountered with Naomi from Jensen. Naomi has been THE most helpful, friendliest, and courteous person I’ve encountered at Jensen! She answered all my questions efficiently and patiently while we worked through my apartment’s recent maintenance. Her constant communication and follow up with me was outstanding! Once the maintenance was approved, she moved fast on executing- such urgency! What I appreciated the most was the genuineness of her demeanor. Quite refreshing! It was nice to have human interaction regarding the property rather than a website. I appreciate all your help Naomi- thanks a million!
I just met the sweetest manager Jen, at Pepper Creek Apartments/Jensen Properties. She was so nice & helpful, even though she did not have the size I was looking for. She recommended other communities in this area that may have what I need & want. Excellent customer service & I mean EXCELLENT. I am finding good customer service very hard to come by in my search for a new home & Jensen Properties has it in Jen.
I have lived in a community for 10 years that Jensen Properties started to manage 3 years ago. What a change for the better!! They really show they care about the place and hired the best manger we have ever had. Jen cares about her tenants and makes sure we are all taken care of.
I am so pleased to tell anyone that Thomas Perfect was so helpful today. He solved my problem in no time. He was so knowledgeable. I recommend this company with 5 Stars. GREAT JOB!!
