The most unhelpful dealer I have ever been to! Barry was plain rude! I have used these guys in the past years ago, but my experience today with Barry sealed the deal, I will never return. I don't recommend this shop when there are several others in the area that actually want your business. Reviewer beware this man will man will make things up in his response to your review. Nearly everything this man has said in his reply is a lie, I never was agitated or raised my voice or used profanity. This guy is making stuff up, to try to make the reviewer (me) look like I was in the wrong. Sad attempt to save face by making things up about the call. And Barry you were the only person I spoke to. What is with your staff stuff? It was you and I on the phone at no time did I speak to anyone else. In response to your reply, at no time did I ask you import any weapon. What happened if you remember correctly was I called you because I was unclear of a weapons California compliance status, so doing the responsible thing I called and asked a local gun store. You answered the phone and then proceeded to tell me I needed to read the penal code. When you sir start your statement with "this may sound like I am being rude" well yes sir you were. I just asked you if a weapon was legal or not. Not to import anything or break any laws, rules, or regulations. Maybe you were having a bad day, but what you did was rude and uncalled for. Your answer of no that AR-12 is not California compliant would have been enough, you didn't need to make me feel like I had done something wrong by asking, or was ignorant. Poor customer service.

I have never been in Firearm Supply Co. I was dealing with Barry long distance from Michigan to try and get a family rifle that was passed down to me from my Dad. My brother would not help in the transaction at all. Barry went way above and beyond to get the rifle, do the paperwork, pack and ship the rifle to a dealer here in Michigan. I am very impressed and thankfull to Barry and Firearm Supply.

Barry was extremely helpful regarding my recent search for a specific firearm. In the end, it was unobtainable, but the amount of time and research he put in during the process, of no gain to himself, was exemplary of the kind of customer service you want in a locally owned business. I will gladly take all future business to Firearm Supply Co. Thanks Barry!

Very poor costomer service. falsely accused me of having a fake id/documentation when everything was up to date never had a problem anywhere else. Would not return
