Disappointed…we need a new person on the grill or the person on the grill needs to relocate him self a different position on the team. every time I order food through the drive through the meat is over cooked, to the point where it’s hard like a rock. today was the final straw. This isn’t a bogus review by a competitor this is a real review in real time by a disappointed guest. I called today to speak to the manager. Zero manger on shift and the claim is they don’t get there till 6pm. Missed opportunity and lack of leadership. Great learning lesson, hopefully your meal was better then mine
Typically, I would say very good about this place until today. They lost 2 very regular and good customers over a fountain drink!! We ordered through Door Dash, well our Door Dasher got all the way to our house when HE HIMSELF noticed on the order that he was missing a drink. He called us to let us know he was turning back to get the other drink and when he got there they refused to give it to him, stating that it was not on our order. They even spoke to us personally and argued with us, despite us stating that its on the receipt and paid for but they again refused to give us the second drink.. as you can see on our receipt below WE ORDERED 2 DRINKS!! Whether the pricing was wrong on the Door Dash app or whatever the issue may have been, is not OUR fault.. we ordered it.. You would think that they'd rather save a good customer rather than be petty (and wrong) and just give the stinkin fountain drink. Lol
Delightful little restaurant I always visit when driving through Ramon. Food is delicious and reasonably priced
This spot is a trip back in time!! Have not been. Here for atleast 10 years, but still got that fire Carne Asada!!! Delicious!
Only got a Squirt soft drink in a can ....but it was a good soda.
