Great shop, great curation of skate products, Wide selection of Shoes, Decks, and Apparel. They carry Polar Big Boi Jeans, some of the finest accessories, and well sought after ACE AF1 trucks. Literally couldn't go wrong with what Patrick Beaudouin and Mike Manidis have chosen. Also the stuff Is all really friendly and patient, bring yr dog to brighten their day!
My experiences with Atlas have been online-only because I live across the gd country, but this store has always surpassed expectations. A talented crew that treat every customer, and every person, with respect and compassion. We're fortunate to have shops like this in skateboarding.
Listen up Moms (and Dads) just took my 10 year-old daughter down to ATLAS and was treated to a first class customer experience. They tuned into my daughter and made sure she was properly fitted with A new board and all the right equipment. It was busy, but that did not stop them from double checking sizes, grabbing different equipment and making sure she - the customer- was happy. Great businesses build relationships- Andy and Mike have new fans and we will not shop anywhere else. With all the Covid concern, they did not hesitate to ask customers to wait outside and to keep their distance. Thanks guys!
Atlas Skateboarding in San Mateo has by far one of the best, if not THE best staff. Everyone is so nice and friendly, eager to help beginners, super chill, and its an all around great vibe right when you walk into the store. I love coming in here to support this amazing team. So, I went to Atlas yesterday because I was buying a skateboard for my boyfriend. This was my first time doing anything like this and I was a little flustered. Andy, who was working the store, imemdiatly greeted me and helped me from beginning to end. He talked me through different skate styles, let me know everything they had on display, and even offered his own experienced advice. So, Andy helped me put together an amazing skateboard and even packaged it up really nice for me. I am absolutely going to come back because of how awesome Andy is! He is amazing and is exactly the kind of person you want in a store for noobs like me and even for advanced skaters. Thanks, Andy!
