    They t cat seems to catering to 15 year old runaways.they took my daughter from porterville to visalia and if I wouldn't of found her when I did they would of took her to Cutler and god only knows where after that.

    Your employees in the office need to brush up on their customer service skills!! I just tried to reload my bus pass and I only had $100 bill on me, and the guy in the office just said "I don't have any change for this right now, you'll have to come back later with change" and I told him I don't have any money in my bank account to use my debit card, and my bus pass doesn't have money on it, so how am I gonna get to work on the next bus?? I asked if I can please have a day pass, and all he gave me was a one way pass, which doesn't help me get BACK to the transit station after work in order to pay for my bus pass after I get change for my $100 bill! He didn't say he was sorry, he didn't seem to care at all, he was very calloused and rude to me and I really don't appreciate it as a regular customer of the transit station!! I believe he's the same employee who didn't care when I told him that a palm branch had fallen on me as I was waiting for the #4 bus a couple months ago! The branch knocked my phone from my hand and hit me on my toes!

    Route 6 in particular is ALWAYS late and frequently results in my missing the Tcat to Visalia and I end up having to wait an hour for another one which makes me 30 minutes late to work. They don't care, either. They'll show up 10 minutes late and act like they have all the time in the world. I have no choice but to depend on these buses, and quite frankly they should take it seriously when someone's job is at stake because THEY can't do THEIRS correctly.

    This was my daughters and mine”s first time riding the bus , so we were pretty nervous that we wouldn’t get to our destination on time , to our relieve the bus driver on bus 2 did a great job getting us there on time and being very polite ( answering every question we had ) ,, also the main office called me back on Saturday ( when I got the answering machine , and answered my questions ( defitinely had a good experience , and defitinely will ride it again ) thanks !

    No need for them to be jerks and not let someone back on the bus (Route 9) just because she needed to use the restroom at lot 4. It was very cold and wet outside. I thought that was really mean and unnecessary. HE should like his job or find another one.
