Seriously employees… be less professional and less polite. Whoever the post master is should be ashamed of themselves. Materials not available to properly mail items, rude staff, broken kiosk and attitude. If this is the best usps had to offer then it should be defunded

Horrible . Plz don’t go here . Horrible customer service . They don’t care about costumers and they don’t care about their mail. I feel like they go through my mail. My mails always damage and delivered late and I’ve had enough of it
They dont care about their customers. Ive had many issues with them. My packages dont get delivered. I track all my packages, i get notified when my packages are 'deliver' and they arent. I always have to go in and complain and they always say 'it was delivered ' when they have them. Horrible service!
I've lived in rural areas, and large cities, and I've never had any trouble with the post office, until I moved to Porterville. There are days when my entire apartment complex gets skipped. Mail is also consistently delivered late. I'd give zero stars if I could. Really unacceptable.
