This building was renovated in 1990 as a senor housing. First of all it is not a apartment, they have a small kitchenette with a small sink and a microwave just to pretend it's a apartment building. The floors are extremely UN-level, the elevator make a lot of noise as it causes the wood to creak loudly. The building is contaminated with Pidgin doo. I highly don't recommend living here it is truly a big mess! When they opened in 1990 the manager Glenn purchased lots and lots of furniture more than the building needed, she sold it to put money in here own pocket. She was storing the stolen furniture (Bought from the management company) in the basement until she sold it in the neighborhood. This apartment building is and has always been run in a high form of corruption. Back in 1990 Glenn was extremely over weight and is probably passed the management to her family as I don't think she is alive today. Glenwood apartments needs to be closed down immediately!
This place alot of fixing. The Manager works very hard. The city needs to take charge and get it fixed.
it's a good place to live
