I have been going to Curves for about 3 weeks now and I do see results already. The other day I went to my friends who lives upstairs and it was much easier going up and down then previously. In addition to my improved stamina my arms and waist and hips have improved. I really enjoy the classes Chris the owner is a very good coach. I've had some friends join and we all enjoy it together. If you thinking about exercising and your woman I recommend Curves in downtown Riverside.
Kris has done a wonderful job providing online Curves services these last few months during this difficult time. She even has provided modifications for seniors so we can keep up with the workout. Excellent workouts! Thanks to her and the staff for making the online workouts possible. Ellen T.

I have been a (curves) number for years. I was very nervous during this time of not being able to work out at (curves) or my regular walking routine. But because Kris did all these YouTube videos I’m able to work out every single day at home, I love it. The exercises are perfect and I am staying in shape. Thanks Kris!
