The room was very modern. The floor was vinyl (wood) and the TV was enormous. They provided the ability to watch streaming services (using my own login though). The shower looked mega awesome, but the door wouldn't stay shut and the handheld unit had a drastically different temperature than the main head. Not a bad place.
My wedding party stayed here and the customer service was excellent. Jeanette went out of here way to accommodate our needs. They definitely helped make my wedding experience amazing.
This is in downtown riverside which is a bit rowdy to put it nicely. Run-ins with socal bros are imminent. The hotel itself is nice and not responsible for its surrounding area though I guess.
It’s unfortunately I have to write this review especially working in the same industry. Very poor experience, while arriving at 3 to check in I was told my room wasn’t ready and that they wouldn’t know when it would be, 2.5 hours later I had to go to the front desk to see if my room was ready which it was but nobody called to notify me, (they said they had but they had not). So I checked into my room at 6pm basic at had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours. The two room keys they gave me had chocolate on them from the previous guest. I requested a late checkout and was told for 1 hour it would be a half a day charge which is ridiculous. Doesn’t matter if your overbooked or not. Not one did I call down and had a pleasant person answer the phone. Nobody states their name and then hanging up they sounded very Awkward and difficult to understand. The hske and all departments are over staffed for being fully open it’s absolutely sad because now the employees are worried only about what’s going on behind the desk and cannot take the time to properly take care of the guest service portion. (Most important) I’m not upset with the staff I’m disappointed. I hope things get better and they are able to focus more solely of guest service experience.
Very nice place. There is a bar, i believe they also sell food. Wifi would need to be purchased. Parking is in a structure, but you use your key to go in and out of garage. Parking is free for guests. Nice view of the city.
