We stayed here for 4 nights using points. Very glad we used points...mainly because we did not have to pay the $16/night parking fee. $16/night might not seem like a lot but it is when the hotel lot is consistently full and they redirect you to either a parking garage a block away or the street! Why would I pay $16/night to park on a public street? That's one star gone. The other star is for dated and tired looking rooms. We have stayed at several Hyatt Places and this one was great upon entry but then the room was wah....wah...wah. The "blankets" were the equivalent of sleeping with 3 flat sheets. That said it was nice that breakfast was just about back to normal and the staff was very friendly. It wasn't a bad stay, but there was definite room for improvement.
PARKING!!! Is TERRIBLE!! The parking spaces were consumed by the party goers from nearby bars. Although , there is a sign that plainly says PARKING FOR HOTEL GUESTS ONLY, there was no kind of monitoring or control to protect hotel guests. We had to park 2 blocks away, which is inconvenient for a disabled person and children. The room was big, but everything was stained and old. Blankets were very worn and had holes, feathers coming out everywhere from the bedding. Carpet stained. The front desk person, PHIL was very Nice and Pleasant and helpful. He tried his best to help make our stay comfortable, brought us a replace quilt. Not worth the money I paid. I will not stay here again. It's perfect if you're too drunk to know the difference I guess, and you need somewhere to pass out.
Great location and plenty of parking. Walking distance to restaurants, CVS, or Starbucks. Our stay was good. Room was cleaned, bed was comfy, and do appreciated a proper desk for remote work. Shout out to Nancy for assisting with getting a room earlier than check-in time.
The customer service was great but the rooms were dated and it shows. Could be better especially for the price. Parking lot is small so it gets full fast at night. No real vending machines that I saw. It was an ok stay
If I could leave 0 stars I would but being that it’s my fault for not researching to see if this was a pet friendly hotel they get 1 star. For starters the room smelled like old dirty water there was holes in our covers the pipes made noise all night and there was dog hair on the couch the breakfast was nasty the egg whites were boiled and put in a pot the potatoes were hard and the coffee was very light I wouldn’t be so upset if I didn’t pay $184 this hotel was worth a good $75
