    Staff was excellent! We specifically chose this place over the Sheraton next door because all things being equal, we wanted the delicious cinnamon rolls--but they didn't have them. They did still have eggs and sausage available, though. We stayed in the original part of the hotel, and it is in need of updates. We had to walk into the new part of the hotel to get ice, and the new part seemed very nice.

    Really great hotel and friendly customer service! Parking is not included and a little pricey. Excellent views of the harbor and short walk to the beach on the other side! Surrounded by great food and drink spots on the harbor. Room was clean and spacious! Definitely recommended !

    I booked through Orbitz. They put us in the older building without a Holiday Inn employee's presence on site. Our room smelled like rotten eggs. This was pointed out to them when I checked out and not much regret from anyone. The hotel was not full. I think that they could have offered us a better experience.

    We’ve stayed here several times. Norma helped us with a spur of the moment check in when they were sold out. She was amazing ! Hooked us up with a great room overlooking the Harbor. Super nice, very thoughtful, and deserves the kudos. Thank you Norma :)

    The 'patio' room, non-view is a joke. It's a walled in 3 foot space. We had 2 rooms, one room A/C didn't work, guy came to fix, however no change 78 degrees in the room.. Breakfast milk had Expiration of same day and was already soured, returned twice for other milk...still gross. No pool or hot tub....Sheraton is much better. So very disappointing.
