    I launched my business/Corporation June 2016 and JR Bookkeeping was recommended to me by someone at my church. Phoned several times, was told owner Juliana would call me back. Never heard from her. Now year end 2019 need to change payroll company due to increased rates, thought I'd try calling JR once again. OM GOSH-Same exact situation!! Have called 2 times speaking w gals who very politely tell me Juliana will call me back. Been several days now and NADA, ZIP, NO RETURN CALL! I reread the 5 star reviews and seem few say they are actual clients. If too busy to take on new clients, I FULLY understand, but please at least have the decency/courtesy to return my call(s)...that is just good business etiquette.
