    Purchased couch in October 2020, STILL WAITING. Originally told mid January and we would be given a phone call in December ( we did not receive a call). They actually called after asking if we were still interested in buying a couch (no joke). We ended up calling them late December and was told it's been delayed to mid February. Received a phone call from them late January advising it's due to come mid February. We called them today to confirm what day and was told it's still on a container for delivery. "Should be" MID MARCH now. No explanation at all.

    Staff lied to make the sale, broke promises, broke contract and took no accountability. They will happily let the phone ring for 5-10 minutes before answering and are then argumentative when they do. I wish I had read all the other comments before setting foot in their store. Fuad, you are a lying snake.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON ACCIDENTAL COVER. When it was time to claim for a small damage, they want to know exactly how it happened. What do they want me to do put CCTV on my couches to see exactly how and what happened. I have kids and God knows what happened, maybe they did something to it. I couldn't prove it and they would not fix it. After asking for my $290 back, had it fixed for $150 and $140 in my pocket. The salesman there will tell you it's best to pay accidental cover, but will not tell you you have to prove how the damage happened.

    What a regret to purchase my dining room set and lounge from Nick Scali!! 14 weeks later and still no lounge (meant to be 9-11...) Delivery dates changed THREE times in the coarse of a month. I work during the week, I do not have time to take all this time off to sit at home and wait for the furniture to be messaged 17 hours prior that my lounge cannot be delivered for another week. The manager at Bankstown was extremely rude - I completely understand it is out of the stores control but the lack of professionalism and care makes me extremely frustrated. If I could rate my experience with no stars I would - Do not bother wasting your time!

    One - they don't accept cash which was a hassle and two they don't notify you when a delivery time has been pushed out.... spending big money and getting poor customer service I would avoid nick scali in the future and try king furniture.
