I arrived at 8am for my complimentary service. I had bought a second hand vehicle from Sutton’s Subaru and had a nice experience. Only issue was I was given the car with absolutely no petrol and was told that I would receive a full tank complimentary with the service. After initially being told before booking the appointment that the earlier I book the less I have to wait, I booked in early thinking I’d be in and out. I had picked up my car at 12:40pm saying my car was ready but no one had done the paper work. I waited once again and when I got my car back it was in fact not washed as I was told and my tank was empty one again. Fast forward to tonight, my car is now squealing and shaking. How does an almost 5 hour wait on servicing my car result in giving me back the car in such a condition? My brother works for Hunter Holden and he himself had checked out the car to tell me that they had replaced the spark plugs only for them not to do it properly resulting in the sound coming from the engine as I drive. Horrible service. Will not come back here again.

Called up to try and order parts for my car, to get repairs done here. Service advisors aren’t available until 10:30am. I am a shift worker who works night shifts. Promised a call back on 4 occasions, no calls received. Every time I called through to try again, same response. “We need to get the documents for you and that will take a few hours. And we will email the service advisors to give you a call” If I could rate 0 stars, I would be. Avoid taking your car here for repairs.
The covid safe check-in process for car servicing was efficiently handled with a friendly and welcoming staff member. Drop off for the car was handled efficiently as I had some queries regarding previous service which required checking the record systems. When returning in the afternoon for pick up it was a different experience. The disinterested staff member advised me that the system update was not completed as the person responsible was not on duty. I asked a few probing questions to find out if that person was just not working that day, was on leave or only works certain days so I would know how to proceed In having my issue repaired but with a shrug of the shoulders was told I should call up to find out. He proceeded to huff when I requested to make a split payment. Got into the car to prepare to drive out and the 'oil change required' message came on the display. Went back in to report the issue and waited 45min for the car to be returned. Back in the car again and driving out the exit the same message appeared. Go back inside again and waited 10min for the car to be returned. The same disinterested staff member had driven the car from the work area to reception, got out the car with a "there you go" and kept walking away. During my several interactions there was no level of service to find out further information to answer my queries, appreciation of being a customer or an apology for the inconveniences. I left not having confidence that the routine car service was properly completed. When I reached home I checked the tyre pressure display and all four wheels showed a different pressure. Oh and a first world problem ... but the car was not washed because the facility is inoperative. Two stars for the arrival and drop off but the whole experience does not match with the premium they charge.
Always upfront and honest, such a great experience every time. Highly recommend.
