    Called up to try and order parts for my car, to get repairs done here. Service advisors aren’t available until 10:30am. I am a shift worker who works night shifts. Promised a call back on 4 occasions, no calls received. Every time I called through to try again, same response. “We need to get the documents for you and that will take a few hours. And we will email the service advisors to give you a call” If I could rate 0 stars, I would be. Avoid taking your car here for repairs.

    Neve try and ring the service department on the weekends they make you wait on the phone and the receptionist can be very rude. I recommend going elsewhere for better service.

    On Sunday 13th September 2020 afternoon after three years ago paying off my vehicle, I have taken one of a good family friend to have a look and see if his interested in buying a brand new car. Honestly... The Finance Mangers working behind the scene and other car dealership staffs are always friendly and welcoming. Some staffs are still working there since I first purchase my Holden three years ago and some have deployed and have finished up. I can tell you, if you are looking around in Sydney to buy or finance on a car, Suttons City in Zetland is the best dealership to be..     I Signed a contract of sale to purchase a Tucson 2021 2.0 litre Diesel (Demo - Highlander) for $46k in Pepper grey. After 5 days I received a call that the dealership (Sutton’s Hyundai Zetland) can no longer sell me the car. I’d love to know if this is legal? I think they’ve either realised the agreed price wasn’t in their favour or sold the car to someone else (for more money + finance). This is only my assumption, something I’ll never know. I’m lodging a complaint with ACCC to see what comes of it.
