    I was having issues with my android auto (Kia Picanto GT MY19) and suspected a discrepancy in software versions. I explained this to the service department, and they happily investigated and updated the car. Android auto now works perfectly. Really happy with the service, thanks guys!

    Love the car, but the customer service has been terrible the whole way through. I had to chase the sales team the whole way through, including to make payments. i was promised complimentary floor mats as the best they could do to compensate this poor service and now have been waiting over 6 months for these, with no word. Would not recommend this Kia branch.

    Dealing with Tony and Jeanette from Sutton’s Kia was incredible. From the day I met Tony he looked after me and had my best interest at heart. He helped me figure out what was the best to sell my previous car, waited for me to sell it privately, and made sure there was a Kia Picanto waiting for me when I was ready. Dealing with Jeanette in the finance team was seamless and fun, she always had my needs in the front of her mind and made the process so easy and comfortable. Not once throughout both interactions with both staff members did I feel like I was getting ripped off or “sold a story”. The entire process was done during covid, pre-lockdown and during and there was no detriment to me. I will definitely be back to see Tony and Jeanette in the future. Would recommend them both 10000%!!! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience.

    I bought a new UTE at Sutton's in Zetland. Sherief and Alena was fantastic. Sherief had a wealth of knowledge regarding vehicles in general and it was clear he had a lot of passion for what he did. Alena was also very bright and responsive to the different questions I had. Overall great service from the Suttons team and I'd come back in the future for vehicles.
