    Cannot fault anything in the purchase of our new car. Monique was professional, efficient and friendly. She kept us up to date throughout and all was very stress free. We love our new Suzuki and the price was great too. We are very happy we bought from Peninsula Suzuki.

    I am extremely happy with the level of customer service and care that I experienced from this dealership. Monique who I initially spoke to was lovely, understanding and so helpful. We then had Elie settle the car deal for us and he too was very helpful. He looked after us and made sure to keep in contact to update us on how things were progressing with our newly purchased car. They kept to their promises and exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend this dealership to other people looking to purchase a new car.

    Terrible experience regarding warranty issue for my Suzuki Vitara. My steering wheel audio controls aren't working as they should. I asked them to look at it as part of my service. They told me a part needed to be ordered. Over a month later no call. I called them and they told me they would look into it and let me know within the week. A few weeks go by and no call. I called again and got the same response. Still no call from the service department.

    Following the massive hail storm in Canberra, we needed a new car. Canberra dealerships were too busy to take us seriously so I contacted some interstate. Monique was swift to reply and for the first time we got to experience working with a dealership that provided excellent customer service. The price was very competitive, the assistance in managing the interstate registration process was invaluable, and the ready and attentive response to questions made it actually a pleasure.

    Took my Suzuki Ignis to Penisula due Noble no longer has a Dealership. My Car had a slight issue with vibration and breaks and 4 new wheels. also got the car serviced which was out of the 6 months servicing, so they gave me the standard Cap pricing not the higher price. They provided me a Quote same day. I ask if they had a loan car available, they gave me a brand new Hyundai i30. Since the car was told it would be fixed in 2 days, they offered my the loan car for a days rate till my car was ready. They kept me up to date with the progress. Picked up the car a week later, drives like a gem. Car was cleaned both inside and out. Totally recommend to take it to Penisula. They do Holden, Suzuki, Hyundai both servicing and repairs.
