great customer service. I had a little issue but manager called me and fixed the issue. he is very nice and polite. I really appreciate it.
Bought a car 5 yrs ago… it was one year old back then… should’ve been pretty newish, wouldn’t you say? So now, after all this time, I find these issues: -car had a a different exhaust / muffler system, it was NOT original to the car as the ad stated. -electricals are all wrong, radio comes on and off on its own.. -air con failed within the first year… -car had a battery that was way smaller than what it was meant to be (dangerous for a large sedan) -the tints / contact cover, removed and not done properly, I didn’t even know it had tints before I bought it. -the window wipers were fitted in backwards. -suspension was not original to the car… it must have been lowered and refitted with different gear before I purchased it. Oh and one more thing, the front spoiler / bumper had been repainted… meaning it was damaged and they re-sprayed it… I found out all this from various mechanics and panel beaters that I had to go to. I was told it was an ex demo car and was hardly driven, obviously not. My point is, whoever owned it before me, for that one year that they had it for, they had modified the car so much that problems were created… and it looks like they tried to put original / “close to original parts” back on it to make it look authentic.. I am not happy with this because I’m spending a lot of money to get these issues fixed.
With the demise of Holden. Service levels remain high with quality serving. With the change to KIA Motors and MG .Can highly recommend Peninsula Motor Group
Great customer service & reasonable prices. I always service my car here. Recommended.
Sold me a death trap. I purchased a 2007 mini from this dealership and have only had problems since purchasing. suspension broken, air conditioner had to be replaced and transmission failed. DON'T SELL CARS THAT ARE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. The car has now cost me double the price that I bought it to be fixed. Disgraceful
