    A great first experience with the team at Hyundai Peninsula! Andy kept in touch with us and ensured we knew what was needed to run smoothly. Trade-in/ pick up was set with ease with Andy and everything we had asked of him had been delivered. John E in sales was our GUY! He went above and beyond for us. We knew we were in great hands with him, no question or uncertainty was an inconvenience, it was welcomed and explained. A great asset to the team. Highly recommend! Excellent service. Thank you to you both.

    I arranged a sale over the phone. During the negotiation phase with James the service was attentive and the price was sharp. As soon as the contract was signed and the money deposited the serviced dissolved to being non existent. On arriving at our scheduled appointment nearly a week after the funds cleared for pick up nobody was expecting us, the car was not ready and the other staff at the dealership actively refused to assist us. Instead of explaining there had been a mix up and trying to smooth it over with a coffee and a sit down, the manager (Reece/Rhys?) sensed what was going on and scurried out the back door- pretending to be on the phone- leaving us standing in the showroom wondering what we had done wrong. I'd give zero stars if I could. You expect far, far better for a purchase of this size.

    I talked to the online assistant about talking to someone about a mechanical repair. Waited 2 days and gave my details twice online and still waiting for call back. Decided to contact Service direct and they said bring the car in, which I explained it will have to be towed their. on saying that they said they probably wouldn't be able to do anything for more than a Month..

    Poor sales men on both Kia and Hyundai. First salesmen never follow up with queries, can't do better deals than other dealers, sales guys dont know what they are talking about and overall rather go watch the grass grow than waste my time there.
