Fresh Nails

I took my 9 year old niece for a treat, she would’ve done a better job!! The worst experience ever. Unprofessional and rude DO NOT GO HERE.

Don't go here! Came in to get a manicure. The lady was rough, didn't say hi or give eye contact and not friendly also felt super rushed. I got my sns polish off and wasn't expecting them to just use a piece of plastic to tear the polish straight off my natural nails leaving them damaged and it hurt. Don't recommend at all.

Waited half an hour sitting in the chair to only get an awful Shellac manicure. Done by a man, there is massive waves in the nails, originally put on the wrong colour, did not listen to anything i was saying regarding the shape , cut the skin around my fingers and left me bleeding. Never going back again

I've been here a few times in the past and the service has been alright - enough so for me to go back - but not after my last experience. My friend and I went to get shellac mani/pedis for Christmas, we walked in together and they sat us on opposite sides of the store, in spite of us asking to sit together, - my original thought was that they must be enforcing social distancing but no, because not five minutes later they sat someone next to me. My "tech" didn't ask what shape I wanted my nails or anything, so I prompted her and asked if she could file them into a rounded shape - something they've done in the past NO WORRIES - but she simply smiles and ignored me. She didn't do my cuticles (the "tech" working on my friend didn't do hers either, we both thought maybe it just wasn't something they did anymore but when we sat to get out pedis done, they did them without question) which was one of the main reasons I even wanted to get my nails done in the first place. I picked a light pink colour and the one that she ended up using is FAR brighter than the one I picked - still pretty but not at all what I chose. Midway through doing my nails someone was sat down next to me and my "tech" stopped doing my nails to tend to her! She ended up going back and forth between us, focusing much more on her than me, leading to my nails looking rushed. There are dents in the polish - god knows how she managed that but I didn't bump my hand or anything - and there was polish on my skin which, when under the UV light, burned my skin! They'd look great...if I'd done them myself at home. They look terrible for a "professional" salon. The pedicure was the only good thing about this whole experience ALTHOUGH they didn't let me choose a different polish colour to what I had on my finger nails. TL,DR; waste of money, not professional, rushed my nails to accommodate for a customer who came in after me which left them looking shoddy, didn't accommodate me or my friend. Go ANYWHERE else!

By fair the worst place that I have been too. I got shellac and am far from impressed the filing job looks like it could have been done by a child. The actuall acrylic it's self looks like a bubble and there is bubbles under the shellac. Im all down for trying new salons but I know that this one has been around for a long time so thought Id try. Friend also had hers done and they are not what she wanted or described to them. Hope they can possibly fix up there mistakes so it doesn't continue to make un happy customers Will never go back or ever recommend.
