Food was good but horrendous wait time as usual. Ordered online 20 minutes in advance in hopes of getting my food on time during my work break, but apparently this still want good enough, getting my food 15 minutes after the given Pickup time and wasting my whole break as I watched people ordering well after me getting their food first.
I love their sweet potato chips (mildly sweet and salty) and the giner lemon kombucha, even though I dont like ginger in general. They thankfully have a lot of crumb options! they was the best , very far from it now days i just got a schnitzel and chips box the piece of chicken was so small i felt so ripped off i have had the before it had 1/3 missing ok to put on burger but as a meal???
What happened guys? You use to have the best chips and chicken. Today the chips were so soggy. It’s like you cook them then store them in a sealed container before you serve them. Just not appetising at all. Further, the chicken was pitiful. I didn’t even get a full schnitzel. Moreover, the girl who served us needs to listen. When I ask to add on a drink, I do expect it to be added on. I know “times are tough” but if you’re still going to charge the same prices, you should continue with same service and quality.
On the expensive side but delicious wraps and chips!
