Long waiting time; waited about 1hr past my appointment. Once I got in, I felt rushed and I felt unwelcome. I couldn't chat about anything else/discuss treatment options about other concerns I had with my skin. He would cut me off and refused to really listen to what I had to say. The other concerns are still causing me discomfort right now. Paid over $500+ worth of fees for 15 maybe 20 mins max of time (over 2 sessions). I found Pang to be dismissive and like he didn't really care or want to take his time with me or let me take my time to discuss my concerns, like let me actually speak. I felt used for money. They will take the cash very quickly for 10 minutes of service and shove you out the door. That's what it feels like anyway... That's not a good feeling and it certainly didn't leave a good impression. I won't go back and I don't recommend this practice. The receptionists are nice enough, they're just doing their job, but unfortunately that's where it ends.

Dr pang is pure genius. Kind and quirky. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than you might expect, but he often deals with skin cancer so that cannot be rushed. Superstar! Ten out of ten.

I was referred by my GP to see Dr. Bryan Pang and I am very happy with his treatment and the outcome. The whole experience was great from the start. When I called the reception to make the appointment, they were very helpful and accommodated to get the earliest appointment to suit my availability. Also, they were upfront about the initial consultation charges and gave me a heads up on possible additional charges that may be depended on the treatment. During the consultation, Dr. Pang spent time to understand my medical issue and gave me answers for the long list of my questions from the treatment options, costs, effectiveness and the time to heal and recover. He was able to explain to me in simple terms, the reasons for the cause of medical issue and why his treatment plan would be the most effective option. I was very happy with the treatment and found his charges were very comparable and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pang to anyone without any hesitation.

STAY AWAY. Without a doubt the worst medical experience I've had. Appointment with Dr. Bryan Pang at 1pm, arrived at 1pm to be told immediately that he won't be ready until at least 1:40. Got in just after 2pm. Hadn't read the referral letter, thought I was here for something completely different. After I finished (I had a mole removed), the bill was $430, with approx $200 covered by Medicare. Happy to pay just would have liked to have been informed of the cost of the procedure BEFORE I had it done. 20 minutes later on the way home I got a call asking if I had come in today....?? 2 days later Medicare rebate hasn't been deposited into my account so I checked the receipt and it turns out they billed me as the wrong patient! Called them up and mentioned this and the receptionist, without any apology, confirms this and also that I was billed for the wrong procedure too. Turns out my procedure was more expensive with less Medicare rebate. $380 out of pocket without prior mention. No apology from receptionist only excuses: "the woman who served you was new", "you know how busy it gets". Asks me to pay the extra $100 over the phone immediately, when I say not right now her reply: "they will start sending people after you if you don't pay". 1 week later I get an invoice for $127.00 for pathology of the mole in the mail. 2 weeks later to get my stitches out, I chose a 9.20am booking because how can a doctor be running late for their first appointment? Not seen until 9:45am. Ask him about which procedure I had and he confirms that I was billed for wrong patient and wrong procedure. I Pay for the $529 correct bill, still no apology. At least they were kind enough to say they will get the pathology invoice bulk billed... Wait another 20 minutes for a 30s procedure to get 2 stitches out. The whole practice seems to me motivated purely by making money, without any care or respect for patients and their time. I will recommend to my GP's practice that they not refer any patients here. If you have a similar experience I suggest you do the same, as their behaviour won't change unless they are financially motivated to do so.

The reception staff are really friendly. Dr Pang is professional and warm. Plus if I see him now and then I won't die of skin cancer. Pretty hard to not give that 5 stars.
