    Excellent non profit health fund. We've been with them forever and have always looked after us. Great in house service and willing to assist always. We went to Italy for a month and they suspended our months payment till we returned ✅ Just paid annually to save on the reasonable price rise. Highly recommended ✅💯

    I wanted to combat the overwhelmingly negative reviews - yes they don’t answer their phone, not sure why that’s happening However, I had the best interaction with a staff member - Marisol - she was so friendly, helpful, and understanding! She helped me make sense of parts of my insurance I didn’t understand and was totally sympathetic to my issues, so thank you again!!

    Absolutely disgusting customer service . Called as I had a toothache ,was rude said they were fully booked and the next available appointment was 5 days later. Called Hurstville lovely staff , told me to come in immediately and was looked after. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE - thankyou Lydia
