    Rang the store for some advice about a La-Z-Boy chair, and the person I spoke to was so incredibly helpful it was very much appreciated. I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with dealing with this company. Thank you, again, for your help and advice.

    Peter had a great knowledge of the furniture and was helpful without being pushy After 20 years our old Lazyboy chairs are still going but looking a little tired so we're finally getting around to replacing and adding USB outlets, a handy upgrade.

    Terrible communication between their own staff leading to a waste of time. 4x follow up phone calls being informed to call them back which lead to a dead-end, for something that I could of been informed 3 weeks ago if their staff had better communication between each other. Staff unable to follow instruction of where to send an e-mail to. Overall unhelpful, poor communicaton, and incompetent
