    My experience with Stegbar Taren Point was amazing. The wardrobes Installed are excellent. From the start of the experience, Natalie was outstanding, always very professional, warm, friendly and product savy. Andrew, who installed the robes, was equally outstanding, a thorough professional ensuring every detail was completed to perfection.

    They promised a quote within 3 days, but we only received it after 2 follow up phone calls and more than a week wait. The quote had errors and after we requested amendments we never heard from them again.

    I recently visited the showroom at Taren Point. My builder recommended it as I did not know what I wanted in my renovation, The staff at Taren Point were very helpful in every way showing me all kinds off doors to choose from. The showroom is fantastic and really helped me choose what I wanted. Once delivered the products I choose the foldy doors they really made my house look exactly how I wanted. The only fault I could say was a window was delivered a couple days after the main delivery with no notice from the Stegbar delivery team to my builder that it was missing or going to be late.     We ordered new windows and sliding doors for our house and spent quite a substantial amount back in Sep 2018. Some of the products arrived scratched and defective. The windows and sliding doors are all put up but some of them are not working well. A window is leaking and the security grill is not closing. My builder booked in Stegbar to come service and fix all the problems but both times when the staff came out, he did not do anything. He said his job was to take note of the problems.It has been 7 months now, today another Stegbar staff is here and going through all the issues AGAIN with my builder. I am shocked at the level of after sales service and poor quality of the products. Until all these things get fixed, I can only give them one star. I will report back when we get a satisfactory solution to all the issues.
