    All the staff here are great but I would like to make a special mention about how helpful Nick is. He has on a number of occasions helped me with finding food for my fussy pup and he has also been able to give me really effective advice on behavioural issues I’ve had with my dog.

    Walked in to collect a click and collect order. Service person called “Justin”, an elderly gentleman was at the front, didn’t even bother to greet me so I said “hello I am here for a click and collect” and was responded to with a sigh “of course you are”. If you hate your job so much maybe you should move on. The other staff members were very helpful. Not a good experience!

    Great store to buy pet products. Convenient location. They also have two animal (dog) washing stations, inside the store. 10 min = 10 dollars. A small dog like ours only needs about 6 min.
