Good shop but in this time of pandamic, yesterday i came for vaccine, still have a lot of people around. They should stop people hanging around in the shop if not urgent. Terrible scary .
I have a breathing difficulty in which I have had a operation to help me breathe better.. But unfortunately didn't work.. I can't wear a mask i also have blood pressure and suffering from anxiety.. I went to the Bankstown branch and due to the fact that I wasn't wearing a mask i was not allowed entry.. I find this disgusting and its discrimination under section 23 of the D. D. A.. This is unlawful.. And really terrible customer service
The security guards that you hire need to learn how to keep their hands to themselves. Got asked to show them a bad that I didn’t have & they proceeded to do a FRISK Search on me then said sorry you’re not wearing a bag which IS WHAT i had said from the start! Stupid. What do they think I’d be stealing from a CHEMIST 🤦🏽♂️
Perfect place for perfume Convenient spot
If you not happy to serve the customers, why bother to stay in this job? I have been visiting this chemist for many years. I recently notice, one of asian phamacist she was very rude not just toward me but toward other customer too and not just once but almost everytime! Whenever I see her at the drop off or pick up prescription counter, I know for sure that she will give an attitude that I never ask for. When you are very sick and needed medication to cure your sickness, but the person that you purchase medication from give you a toxic vibes! I better take my business somewhere else!
