Mark Newey is an considerate gentleman. Has professional ethics in business. Above all he does not believe s in R&D ( racism and discrimination). There are very few real estate agents and real justice of peace as good as him. Mark values honest business.
Group of rude people working in this company. VERY BAD STRATA department, BAD service . The lady on the phone replied in aggressive way saying " We don't talk to the tenant but the owner only " and hang up on you despite you tried to explain that the real-estate agent is out of office. Taking MORE than 3 WEEKS to organise someone to come and fix the problem and it's EMERGENCY issue not just the issue that can wait. AND STILL NOT FIXED! Looks like they don't take any issues seriously! Next time would be easier to call FAIR TRADING and let them deal with you to avoid any complications and less stress. Maybe then you start taking people seriously and the problems they are asking to resolve. If it was the option "0" to choose from I would give "0" for their Strata service that's what your department is deserve.

All they do is charge money and hardly do anything... some their strata fees as ridiculous! they charges you for archive storage Maintenance ! GST Maintenance another one!
