    I understand that we are all frustrated during this pandemic. But leaving your client with a "no, can't do" answer is unacceptable. I am stuck overseas, and I need to extend my card expiry date. I have tried calling them internationally many times, but no one has answered. So I asked my uncle to visit one of their branches in Banskstown, but all we got were disappointment. The "Australian" lady on the phone didn't even want to speak to me, so she transferred me to some guy who could speak Vietnamese. I'm a doctor qualified in Australia for god sake, I don't need no translator. And all I heard was, "no, can't do". I still have all my cards and details with me, what more do they need? I trusted with my money, and all I got was disappointment. I guess I won't be leaving my hard-earned money with this bank anynore. You all should think twice before doing business with this bank, because they treat customers like ants.

    Great place if you have a lot of coins, the coin counter is quick and accurate. You can also go up to the counter and they can count your coins for you. Recommend visiting this bank if you have more then 5 kilos with of coins.

    I don't want to give any star really. The staff are so rude, impatient and abusive that I don't want to be there for a second time. Once is more than enough.

    Excellent service This is the only Commonwealth bank I visit I choose not go anywhere else Staff are always friendly,helpful & genuinely care about the customers needs. 10/10..

    Rude, slow service. Last couple of days I decided to go to this branch instead of the branch in the shopping Center Bankstown Central where I used to go. It Was a mistake. I have wasted so much time. Cause I have closed down my account twice already and I know how the branch at Bankstown central work and they do work differently than this branch here at north terrace. Within of a 5 Min proceed I could finally close down my acc at Bankstown central whereas here at the north terrace , after i closed down my account the lady told me to ridiculously line up to get the rest of my money. There were so many people lining up. At the other place (Bankstown central) they would give you the last couple of Dollars or cents straightaway and you don’t need to line up. Being here was such a waste of time. I don’t recommend this place at all. If you wanna have a quick fast and good service go to the one at Bankstown central.
