Jim’s workmanship is outstanding. No wonder he has so many 5 star reviews. My car had a few dents from hail which spoilt the look of it. Jim explained the dent removal procedure very carefully and I was fully aware of what was involved. I was totally amazed when I saw my car after Jim fixed the hail damage. The car looks perfect! Had Jim work on my car today to remove a dent that had been doing my head in and you cannot tell me that magic does not exist, Im convinced he is a wizard! All jokes aside, im not the type to write reviews, however, it would have been criminal of me not to write one in this instance. Jim is a Master at his craft and his years of experience is evident in the pride he takes in his work. As soon as i arrived he identified the dent and how it may have occured, he then formulated a plan and kept me in the loop on the procedures he was going to employ and the equipment he was going to use. I felt involved the entire time and before you knew it i was in awe. It was like the dent was never there in the first place. Jim's workmanship is nothing short of incredible.

I parked my car on the street one night and in the morning discovered someone might have sat on the bonnet. Being resourceful I tried to pull it out with a suction cup. This removed the big dent but left several smaller ones. I later learned this was the wrong thing to do - leave it to a pro. I contacted numerous dent repairers, all of them didn't want the job and said I should go through insurance. Reading his great reviews, I decided to contact Jim. So glad I did. He was upfront about what could be done, explained the whole process, and even let me watch while he was working. We got it to 95% restored in half an hour. He gave me the option to spend more time on it but I had to head back to work. To be honest unless you're really looking for it, you can't even tell it was damaged. Jim's experience and honesty allows him to offer more competitive solutions. I drove away happy that I don't have an unsightly bonnet, more money in my wallet and no need for an insurance claim that would have wasted so much time and resources. Thanks Jim!
