    I went here and at the top of the viewing platform I saw puffins 15 ft or less from me. Clear unobstructed view and great for photographing and watching them. Below that there's a small area where you can see other birds and more puffins but it's further away from the spot that's right over the edge of the viewing platform. So it's an excellent place to see puffins and a beautiful area and the drive to this area is beautiful. A few days later I went to Vestmannaeyjar island and only saw a few puffins and they were much further away so as far as I know this is the number one place to see them.
