    The staff in the Mersch region would need a training called "How do I treat sick people and their families with respect?" do. We often have to listen to insolence, to do their job and to treat people with respect. It's not difficult, otherwise you have the wrong job!

    No communication among the staff. Organization zero. If you have a complaint, you are portrayed as a liar. If there is a lack of medication, the nurse may give the wrong one. Apartment keys are misplaced all at once or not put back and then they claim it is the wrong one. Checking the bills, the hours where the caregiver was in Karnkenhaus were already calculated. It's a shame for the people who are all alone and nobody can check the whole thing. You cannot rely on different nursing staff.
