The phone number is useless - you just cannot reach them... and no, there is no excuse to never pick up the phone.
Literally, the only answer we've got from this place to our calls is "Sorry, NOT POSSIBLE". Probably they have the gratest pediatritians but we will never know if we do not pass the receptionist.
Coming from a racist country with high discrimination, I was shocked when I was told by Dr. Allard and his secretary that they will not see our 4 month old child because we were late on his vaccinations. We were asking the doctor to do a regular follow up check on our child's weight and height etc...so when the doctor refused us it was very shocking as we found this very unethical and discriminatory. It is not like we are anti-vaxxers or new clients, since we have been taking our baby to this cabinet since birth. I would have never thought that something like this could have happened in Luxembourg.
"We do not take new clients". "We do not take clients from other doctors". When you have a new baby that's just been born, she's not a "client". There seems to be some bizarre understanding of the Hippocratic oath at this centre (or at least with the receptionists, who are essentially the sole gatekeepers to the doctors), who believe that they are running some kind of profit-making business in a third world country. We were simply looking for one appointment for a simple checkup for our newborn - twice. And every phone call is met with the same language, lack of professionalism, decency or empathy. This place needs to be reported to an ethical watchdog.
We are really happy with our pediatrician Dr. Collignon. It is true that in order to get an appointment you have to call really early in the morning (right after they open at 8) but so far in our experience even when our pediatrician is on holidays or sick leave we always manage to get an appointment on the same day.
