    Heard very good things about Dr. Sadler from my optician so had to check it out. Booked a family appointment (all of us need glasses, all of us need to see an opthalmologist) hoping to get things done on a weekday lunchtime. Hah! Unfortunately, I didn't get much farther than the waiting room. Arrived on time but had to leave after over an hour and half waiting. Not even my GP or my specialists at the hospital would make us wait this long. Terrible time-keeping and awful service by the receptionists and assistants. They gave no reasons, nor even offered an apology. On the contrary, they were surly and defensive and they assume that everyone who is there has time to waste in stuffy airless waiting rooms! This is not a very good business model, especially seeing as there's another opthalmologist clinic with great reviews next door and a few other ones nearby. We will be returning in a couple of weeks for our re-scheduled family appointment. I made sure I had nothing else booked that day. We shall see how long they will make us wait this time around. I'll be sure to bring some knitting and possibly a sleeping bag.

    I had an excellent experience at the practice. I walked in for urgent treatment of retinal holes in my right eye. I was seen and treated immediately with retinal laser by Dr Petousis. Very professional service. Highly recommended.
