    Sent my partner there recently for a prescription top-up and to get anti-histamine gel. Completely sold out, place was jam-packed. They frequently run out of essentials and service is slow in late afternoons, especially before a public holiday. Not 100% failsafe when you most need it. Also refused to top up my prescription, even though it had just run out and I was going to see my doctor in a matter of days. Zero empathy from staff.

    Very very helpful staff. I called in to order a preparation and the pharnacist checked carefully the details of that preparation with their supplier, explained me with patience all options, informed me later the price, etc, all remotely. I felt really well taken care off. It was a 20€ order, so you can't say they would earn a lot from that sale but their customer service impressed me.
