I took my dad here to get his blood drawn and the staff members were not only lazy but also very rude. My dad recently had a stroke so he can’t understand or think that well (which we made them aware of) and when asked where to put his urine sample, three employees just kept saying “over there” instead of perhaps getting up to show him. When he kept having trouble finding where “over there” was (he also can’t read) one of the women behind the desk said “wowwwww how hard is it.” She must not have known I was sitting there. Very rude and unhelpful.
Very nice experience having to go to a lab to get blood drawn, Penny is the best tech I've ever had , didn't feel anything ! thank you girls for being so friendly and helpfully. !! At the YUCCA VALLEY OFFICE ! Thank you again !
Customer service is lacking at this location. The blonde girl behind the desk was quite rude when I asked questions related to my procedure. Not to mention the Eminem music they had blasting at the center full of elderly patients. Unprofessional.
Tried verifying Dr. Sent lab requests. Got voicemail. Left a message at 11:50am and 1310 pm...with no response. Guess I'll just show up.
