UPDATE: It took them 8 months - with better management - and they finally managed to help me with this ordeal. Glad to see they have someone who is taking responsibility for the mess Five Star Gym left. Kristen will be a blessing to this gym. ORIGINAL REVIEW After sending a membership cancelation email back in February because I was leaving the area, I was not charged for the following 3 months. Then, in May I was charged an annual membership fee and a months worth of membership (even though I already paid for March without getting to use the gym that month). I have called them 6 times, and 4 of those times they said "we'll look into it" without looking into it, and 2 of those times they promised to reverse the charges but never did. I was honestly okay with paying the membership fee, but ONLY because gyms are hurting these days - but they still didnt help me out .Yeah, these guys are FIVE STARS, at taking your money.
Good quality equipment and friendly staff. Very efficient during the midst of the pandemic. Super spacious and overall good vibes.
Everyone is very nice, thank God for the air conditioning. Makes working out more enjoyable. Thanks for being there, even through Covid.
It’s closed due to the pandemic. Don’t waste your time and gas money like I did. Looks like a good gym tho
Quality gym, quality people, bargain rates (people complaining about price here have clearly never been outside of town), always clean, including the locker rooms (cleaning staff is here all day cleaning during your workout) and COVID complaint with outdoor area. Great gym, great staff, have never been overcharged not even when I have left multiple times or paused my membership.
