Today I came to get the booked car for $ 430 for 10 days. I arrived a little ahead of time and manager told me that the only car is available now is Mustang for $600. I agreed, but then, before signing the contract, I noticed that the amount increased to $ 2600! The manager said it was due to the addition of a co-driver. I didn’t sign the contract, but I was already charged $ 2800!! For nothing... How? I canceled everything, but the money has not returned yet. I speak to the company: please, make sure that all my money was sended to me, otherwise I will have to go to the court.

go to another location if you can, this location in particular has employees that don’t treat high oaying customers well.
I came here for a rental that was set up by a corporate account for a 9:30am pick up. There were issues with the corporate reservation not avis’s fault, no big deal and reservation fixed but now it’s 11:30am and I’m still waiting for the car to be brought out lol. Don’t come here if you are tight on time. Why wasn’t it already ready at 9:30am?
Avoid ** Mr. Ram ** at any expense. Rude, discriminating, making customers wrong.
