I never ever write reviews but this time I will because the managers there need to have some changes. Someone needs to know. This is the 3rd time I go to this place and I keep wanting to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I always make excuses why the workers there are not helping maybe they had bad day or they don’t know and say it’s okay next time will be better. One of the reasons I pick this place because it’s close to where I live. I didn’t want to go this time but I said it’s okay let me give it another chance and I did. Again it was a big let down. I went there asking for one of the guys to see my front light is not working because dashboard is lighting up and I think it might need changing he said he can’t. I didn’t ask him to change it I asked if he can see it so I can buy new one if it’s bad. This is the third time they don’t help. He didn’t even say sorry or let me see if I can help or nothing. He just said I can’t. He didn’t care if I left, he didn’t even try. It used be before that you can go and they will see your issue and give you the part and sometimes if it’s simple help you change it, now it’s not the case. This place is going way backwards. Basically this is the third time I go to a different place they help me and I buy my parts from them. Auto Zone it’s your loss. Definitely not giving this place another chance.
These guys are the best. Super friendly with me and always go way out of there way to get me what I need. They guys working the counter turn wrenches and are super helpful.
A two in my rating are not bad. You give me 5 stars to work with. That's not much. Anyway. If a place made sure they made you leave, and not have any question when you left. Also got everything you came for. If the staff were friendly, cost, time. If they check all the boxes. If not then points are taking away.
Excellent service at this location. I walked in, everyone was very pleased to welcome me and asked if they can help. I needed a Battery, one of the sale's associates were so generous to give me an helping hands, in other words, helped me out significantly. I couldn't asked for a better service. Thank you Auto Zone. My 5 Stars rating is an absolute YES, should decided to revisit or make recommendation.
