I came in on Monday for tires (wires showing), a brake check, and oil change on my fleet vehicle. The guy at the front instantly started off by telling me he is from another store and didn’t seem like he had a clue to what he was doing. After waiting three hours I ended up with an oil change and was told to wait for an approval for the tires and was given minimal details. Never got a call back and felt like I was blown off. Being a mechanic myself I know how to communicate with customers and give great details and explanations of what is going on. I never received that. For this experience I’d give 1 star. I called back Wednesday and was greeted by Chip. All I can say is Chip completely redeemed my experience. Along with apologizing for my previous experience, he in great detail explained everything I needed and reassured me they would get it taken care of. I received a call back and came back in for my tires and the installation was quick and smooth. Chip is professional, knowledgeable and knows how to communicate well with customers. Thanks for the help Chip! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves from management. For this review I give 6 stars.

The guys at Ramona Tire were so wonderful! I had a check engine light trouble shot and repaired by a mobile mechanic only to have it come back on before I could get my car smog checked. I was now I'm driving around on expired tags and needed a fix fast and affordable. I brought them up to speed on all of that and dropped my car off at 7:30 a.m. and by 1:30 p.m. I had my car in hand, completely repaired for less than quoted and a referral for a smog place across the street. This is the place to go!

Ramona Tires at 18580 Van Buren is the only place I’ll take my Families vehicles when service is needed. Tom is incredibly helpful and definitely makes me feel like a valued customer, along with the rest of his staff. If your within driving range, I highly recommend offering this location the opportunity to become your go to mechanic.

Vary friendly staff. they do not play games and help you make informed dissension over them making a sale. Quality repair work at a reasonable price. With there communication and quality work keeps me coming back. Also i travel over 20min to get to there location, rather than using shops around me because of there service and support. They took the time to show me and explain the problems and how they would fix them.

The service here was great! I came in to get my A/C charged, and I left with it working wonderful! Perfect for the hot weather we're currently experiencing. It was a little busy when I went, however, they took care of me very fast. They also didn't try adding additional things and upcharging me like the people at Firestone always try to do (Never going there again). Thank you Tom for the great work!
