    This guy is the worst with customer service. My husband has shirts he buys that are by John Varvatos, style is Hampton Polo. These shirts are not cheep they cost $198.00 dollars a pop. My husband shops twice a year. He only buys quality shirts and spends the money to have them dry-cleaned, because they last longer and don't loose their shape. Anyway, at this dry cleaners they staple these tags on the bottom of the shirt with your name and date, who in the heck staples to shirts that are made of fine cotton t-shirt material??? I sew, I know that any kind of t-shirt material will get holes from even a safety pin and or belt buckles if the needle is not made with a fine sharp needle to sew the fabric with. If you have a dry-cleaning business you should know this!! You should know your fabric material period! As we are in his store the owner tells my husband, "to take off the shirt right then and there so he can fix it". What person says this to a customer? Like he is going to strip down, so that he can fix it... You can not fix two nice size holes in a shirt from staples!! The holes will run like nylon material over time. He ruined his new shirt and would not give us the money, or give us credit for his wrong doing. Telling us that it wasn't his fault. Really!! are you serious!! We didn't put the staple through the shirt, he did!! Do not go there, as he is rude and not willing to except his mistake! On top of this, another lady who came in while we where there was not happy, as she left her two pair of pants to be hemmed. He told her "that they would be done in an hour." She wasn't happy with him as they didn't even start the work. He said that "he has been too busy"... Wow!! we both walked out and told him we would not be back!! If your that busy, then hire help!! I have never had anyone staple anything to my garments at any dry cleaners ever, in my life! Bad service, bad attitude and bad customer service!!! GOODBYE!!!

    Very good. While other places cost twice as much this location had good prices. Also organic dry cleaning.

    After being quoted one price, which was printed on my ticket, I was informed I was being charged another when I picked up my clothes. The work seemed adequate, but I won't be going back.
