    Horrible horrible horrible. My fiancé got a car from here, I’m sure they cleared the check engine codes before showing the vehicle for it seemed to be good. The stereo was damaged so they said they’d fix it for free when the replacement came in, so we’re thinking “they’re cool they’re going to hook it up”. Lol so we thought. At the time of purchase, a few thousand was put down & agreed to put another thousand down 2 week from purchasing. Welllll, the check engine light came on not even a week later. The car was making weird noises as well, so we took it in since we have the 1 year warranty. After they diagnosed the problem, they called and said the vehicle would be ready the next day, to just call. So we called & called & called. Day after day it was, “come on bro we’ll call you when it’s ready” from one guy, but “call us at the end of the day to check on it” or “it’ll be ready tomorrow” from another guy. Knowing we had that other payment due, we contacted them asking if we can drop off the money when we pick up the car since that’s our only means of transportation and it’d be expensive to Uber back and forth. They agreed and said to drop off the money when we get the car. My fiancé and mother in law went to pick up the car, she had some questions about the contract (things any mom would have questions about), they got offended and said they’re going to claim the car is in “default” & repo it. My fiancé literally already handed them the money when they made this decision, then gave him the money back and didn’t want to talk anymore. Another shady thing they did was put the car under my name without MY consent. I wasn’t even at the dealership when the car was purchased nor did I talk to them. My fiancé and I had agreed on doing that, but how did the dealership know or even get MY signature without any communication with me? Or my license? Lol. Update: After speaking to the police, lawyers & the loan company, the dealership is still illegally holding the vehicle and not releasing it. The vehicle is in our name, we paid the taxes and the dmv and everything. Tried to tell them what the loan office was saying & they tried to make a remark “I am your finance company” knowing damn well they’re not.

    It was my first time buying a car and Mr. Galven made it so easy. No complications and he walked me through every step. Amazing service....... at first months later they don’t answer my calls and I still haven’t got my license plates and I’ve had the car for like 3-4months now

    Mr. Galven was truly a blessing and so helpful. They are really there to help and the car is amazing. I highly recommend this car dealership for any first timers buying.

    Would give a negative star if available! First off, manager Manny, became rude, condescending and sarcastic when he thought I was trying to find things on the vehicle to negotiate a lower price (2010 Honda Element). Seller Renigged the accepted offer once I returned with my mechanic and he found an issue that the vehicle needed fixed for safety (motor mounts). The dealer was given an opportunity to get item fixed but now refused to sell me the vehicle even when I offered to go half on the costs to fix the issue since we had an agreed offer. Instead, the dealer just kept the vehicle listed for sale but just lowered the price but did Not disclose the discovered the safety mechanical issued pointed out on the listing. I would beware of making deals with this dealer because apparently they want to hide important Known safety issues when discovered - makes you wonder what else they know and hide! The manager Manny and owner Mohamed need to have honesty and transparency an upmost priority over profit! This is an integrity issue that is Important! Sent from my iPad

    Just bought a truck yesterday! Possibly the best and simplest way I've ever shopped for a car, Not only were they professional and upfront but also amicable and easy to talk to. Keep up the great Customer Service guys.
